This is what happens when you send your friend/ex-roommate a text that reads "I have sidewalk chalk and creamsicles. When are you coming to play?"...

There was this little wishing well inside. Yes, I made a wish. Yes, I missed the first time I threw the penny in and had to do it again. Annnnd yes, the wish already came true! WOO.
After I was done there, I hiked myself ALL the way around Henderson Lake which is right behind the Japanese Gardens. I love parks. Seriously, I'm convinced there is nothing better in the world than wandering aimlessly around an awesome park with no hurries.
I think my favourite part of Henderson Lake is that at one end are the Japanese Gardens, which are supposed to represent peace and goodwill.... And then at the other end there's a bunch of weapons of war! And a tank! Aweeeeeeeeesome.
