Roadshow: Part One- The Beginning
Every year, all the LDS young adults put on this event called Roadshow. Basically that means that each ward, or congregation, is in charge of creating a ten minute skit, and then they present all of the skits on one night.
The theme this year was "A Day in the Life of ___________". We decided to do "A Day in the Life of the Institute Building". Since we first started meeting back in January, our Roadshow family has created a script, choreographed dance numbers, built sets, rehearsed for HOURS, gotten extremely frustrated, and had a lot of fun!
The early stages of Roadshow included playing "The Land Before Time" with hand dinosaurs,
Storyboards,
Set designs,
An FHE set-painting party,
The construction of a beautiful library,
Shenanigans,
Retaliation,
Choreography,
More dinosaurs,
and lots and lots and LOTS of rehearsing!
