Our tree in the backyard is blooming superbly. Also, it's been cold and rainy. And it's supposed to stay that way for the next week and a little bit. So that sucks.

Last week I went to a coffeehouse where some of my friends were having a conference. And I made some new friends! And the lovely Deanna gave me this:

And then I got crazy.

Jay kay guys! That's not an alcoholic beverage! It's an Italian soda. Ha.

Also, have I mentioned that being the only passenger on the bus is one of my favourite things in the world? It's like having a chauffeur that you don't even have to talk to!

Yesterday was good. I mean, how can it NOT be good when you start it off with almost 3 hours of ABSIT? (ABSIT= Assorted Beverage and Social Interaction Time. Non-Mormons would call this "going for coffee". We renamed it because we're awesome.) 

P.S. You know you hang out with someone too much when your OCD placement tendencies start coordinating.

After ABSIT we went grocery shopping! And after grocery shopping we went to Ben's house and made the hugest, most delish pan of nachos ever. And after nachos, we popped in She's the Man. And after that, a very important email came. This email means that Lizzy and Ben have the most amazing job ever for the summer! I'm so stoked for both of them! After the email (and crying and hugging and phone calls and happy dancing), we went out for a barefoot walk to the park. 

AND THEN WE WENT PUDDLE JUMPING.

Your feet get kinda cold after awhile.... 

...but it's SO worth it. Especially when you randomly find an Ikea pencil! WIN.
