Day 4: Tuesday

Rachel came home! Well, only briefly. Her younger sister was in town to pick up her grad dress. Then they came to visit me! We played Phase 10 until I got bored, and then we all went down to the mall to pick out a tie. Also, I got a new shirt. The end.
I was later invited by Lindsey, Brad, and Dan to go to a pizza place downtown. We shared a pizza, and Lindsey ended up throwing one of her pieces on the floor. (Well, actually she dropped it, but it's more fun to say she threw it.) After dinner, we went back to my house and cooked popcorn on the stove. Have I mentioned that I love cooking popcorn on the stove? So. Much. Fun. Then we watched Beauty and the Beast. :)

Day 5: Wednesday
I got sick, and basically did a whole lot of nothing. I made a t-shirt necklace though! I love it. Also worked my way through 6 episodes of I Love Lucy, and two movies.

Day 6: Thursday
I went downtown to hang out with Ben. We went to Michaels where we meandered around for awhile and chatted. We also may or may not have spent half an hour looking at embroidery thread for friendship bracelets. Then we went to the thrift store. Ben found the Veggietales movie about Esther, and I found a new vintage hat for my collection! Woo!
Homework was attempted, but ultimately the attempt failed. Meh.
Day 7: Friday
Ben came over to my house to play. I made my Fabulous Lemon Chicken, and he made rice. We ate the rice straight out of the pot. With chopsticks. While waiting for the chicken to cook, we made homemade peanut butter cups. They were delicious, and surprisingly tasted exactly like Reese's... After lunch, we secretly stole all the chairs out of the dining room and proceeded to build a massive blanket fort in the basement. After our fort was established, we watched Ben's Veggietales Esther movie and played with his button maker. I started his friendship bracelet. (Black and gold, of course.)Then we popped in Hercules. I sang all the songs and quoted all the lines. Stupid, stupid thing to do when your throat is sore to begin with. I now sound like a pubescent boy. :( Homework in progress, but coming slowly. I may end up pulling an all-nighter. Who knows?
